No longer useful without the hidden functionality.

i can’t log in and support is non existent

This changed from a hidden file calculator through the FileGuard and now I can’t access it? What the heck. Hello???? Help???

App updated after years and I cannot access it. I also cannot remember which button equals the entire button to access the hidden function.

Great app, user friendly and great features.

Can anyone get into the app after the update???

I have used the secret calculator for years. Now it is gone completely as are all my photos that were in it. And now they are still trying to charge for the subscription! Ridiculous

When I down loaded this app and paid for it I didn’t think I would NOT be able to get I touch with someone to help troubleshoot I’ve had a problem for over 2 months and sent out a number of emails and still waiting on a response

Find a different app immediately!!!

I’ve had the app for years, since it was named Secret Photo Calculator, then I got a new phone and they failed to update app to work with the new iOS. Everything was inaccessible. I emailed the developer and they DID NOT respond. Years later the app has been updated and renamed. My photos are still gone. I emailed developer again…. THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. Now I’m just very angry that a company can offer a service, but fail it’s customers like this.

This used to be calculator before I have my old files in there is there anyway I can get it back?

They updated the app (finally) but everything I had is gone. Not reliable.

This app was never able to update on the new phones and I lost years and years of photos from them when this happened just was not a great way to do people.

I use this app daily and have a premium subscription, I have even recommended this app to lots of friends. But I just got the latest iPhone update and now I can not use this app at all until it’s updated. I see it has been 3 YEARS! Since last update and a similar complaint was posted a year ago… what is the deal?? Am I losing all of my content that I keep in this app?? We need an update I pay for my app and this is upsetting to say the least .
